Today we explored the Eastern section of Prince Edward Island and again found lovely beaches, farmland growing potatoes and other crops, and lovely seascapes. Everywhere there are lupins growing wild along the fields and roadside. The water is so clear, we have seen seals, bald eagles. osprey blue herons and cormorants today.
I have really enjoyed our time on this friendly island and the sunny hot weather we have fortunately had all the time.
We ended up the day by going into Charlottetown and caught the sunset over the sea near Victoria Park where we saw the fireworks on Canada Day.
Tomorrow we go on the morning ferry over to Nova Scotia. How exciting is that!!
Missing you all and looking forward to all being together again at the end of August.xxx
