Hi everyone we’ve arrived in Nova Scotia.

We left PEI via the ferry and then had a 3 1/2 hour journey to Sydney. We are in the Holiday Inn right on the water front with an amazing view from our window.

Here are a couple of pictures as we travelled along the highway to Sidney, and we are looking forward to seeing more beautiful sights over the next 2 weeks.

This evening we walked down along the board walk around the waterfront. There was a bagpipe band practising and we bought fish and chips from a kiosk and ate them in the sunshine while we listened to the music.

There is a lovely sunset just developing so I’ll post photos of this when I can. It is very hot still with temps from 25*C o 32*c and due to last another 8 day or so.
